We source top-grade groundnuts, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, flaxseeds, and dried coconut copra directly from trusted agricultural markets across Gujarat.
Seeds are slowly crushed in heavy wooden pestle-and-mortar ghani machines at ambient room temperatures, preserving natural enzymes and flavors.
Extracted oil is allowed to settle naturally without forced heat evaporation, then packed in hygienic, food-grade bottles and HDPE cans.
